|
Question From: Tyler |

A. Quality Softcore was recorded in Nov. 1996 when our original drummer Todd was still a senior in high school. We actually had to cancel what would have been our first tour with Face to Face because he would have missed too much school. |

We don't know any Belgian groups, but we do have a friend there who runs a great Caddies site (www.madcaddies.net) - check it out. |

Question From: Jim Bob |

| Q. how would i go about getting my ska band as a mad caddies support act? |
|
Question From: alex |
| |
A. By not playing ska. Just kidding (actually no, I'm not)...but as far as getting support slots go, you'll have to do what we (and every other band) had to do- bug the hell out of your local promoter until you secure the opener slot. We don't have any real say as far as that is concerned. You can always hand us a demo at a show...we always make it a point to go over it as a band when we're done. |

No , but really, My question is, How and what is the role and importance of any drugs or BEER incountered on the road or as your writing? |
|
Question From: DAN FROM VA BEACH! |
| |
A. The importance of self-medicating yourself on tour is one that words alone cannot to justice to. One day it is perhaps the poison, the next day it becomes the cure. As vicious as this cycle might seem, is is paramount in retaining your sanity when you wake up in a different state/country every morning. Sometimes you just have to numb the senses to keep yourself going... |

| Q. Some one told me some members of your band was in another band called The Ivy league A ska band from OK who used to play at the outter cafe almost every week. Still my favorite ska band today (no offense) If it was why did you break up and change. thanks |
|
Question From: Joe Curtis |
| |
A. Glad you asked this one, I've wanted to clear this up for some time. We used to be called the Ivy Leage before we got signed to Honest Don's in 1996 and had to change our name to Mad Caddies for legal reasons. Same name aside, we have nothing to do with any other band called Ivy League - Oklahoma or elsewhere. There have been some MP3's up attributed to us under that name which have been downright horrible - simply put, if it doesn't sound like Chuck singing, then it isn't us. |

| Q. your set lists on this tour have been pritty random...how do you choose what songs you play....do you work it out before or just decide as you go along? |
|
Question From: tom m |
| |
A. Our set lists (on this last tour and in general) are all written out before each show. However, if the mood begins to lean towards one way or another when we're on stage, we take liberties with the song order. Spontaneity has yet to do us wrong... |

Question From: lee |

A. Lee - hey there...we have been documenting our last few tours (both live and candid footage) and we will hopefully be putting out a DVD sometime in the near future. There is a lot of archival footage lying around as well, so when we do it we're going to make it pretty inclusive of everything since day one. |
